Job Description

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at at Words Lead (opc) Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.
Perform email marketing (Basic sending emails, follow-ups)
Handle call marketing (calling leads, explaining courses, converting inquiries)
Generate and manage student leads
Promote courses via social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)
Respond to student queries in a professional and timely manner
Maintain proper follow-up and update lead status
Work with the team to improve marketing and conversion strategies

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and candidate must be a fresher. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
