Handle IndiaMART seller accounts on a daily basis
Upload, edit & optimize product listings
Handle inbound & outbound calls with sellers
Resolve queries related to leads, payments, response rate & catalog
Maintain daily MIS reports & performance trackers
Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Work on targets related to seller response rate & lead conversion
Strong communication skills (Hindi/English)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Browsing)
Ability to handle calls professionally
Problem-solving & quick learning nature
Previous experience in IndiaMART / B2B platform is a plus
Minimum Graduate preferred
Fresher or 1–2 years experience in sales/telecalling/B2B operations
₹18,000 + Incentives
