Job Description:

WEDEL Courier and Logistic Solutions is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives / BDMs to expand our business by creating and managing franchise partners across India. This is a Work From Home opportunity with attractive incentives and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and onboard new franchise partners

• Promote WEDEL Courier and Logistic Solutions’ franchise model

• Explain company services, business benefits, and franchise terms to prospects

• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential franchisees

• Achieve assigned sales and franchise acquisition targets

• Build long-term relationships with franchise partners

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or above

• Experience: Minimum 6 months in Sales / Marketing / Business Development (Franchise sales preferred)

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Ability to work independently from home

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Smartphone usage

• Internet connection is mandatory
