Job Description – Real Estate Sales Executive

Position: Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: Fresher
Qualification: MBA Required
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + Attractive Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
Handle customer inquiries and explain property details.
Conduct property/site visits with clients.
Maintain strong client relationships and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closures.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

Willingness to work in field sales.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM is a plus.
