Field Sales Executive – Home Healthcare Services
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to promote our Home Healthcare Services by building strong professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to introduce and promote home healthcare services.
- Generate potential patient leads through regular coordination with doctors, discharge teams, and hospital staff.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare partners and referral sources.
- Explain service offerings such as nursing care, physiotherapy, elder care, ICU setup at home, post-operative care, and chronic care management.
- Conduct field visits and follow-ups to ensure consistent lead generation and business growth.
- Coordinate with the internal care team for smooth onboarding of patients.
- Maintain records of visits, referrals, and business development activities.
- Achieve monthly targets related to lead generation and conversions.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of healthcare or medical services preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
- Prior experience in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, or hospital marketing is an added advantage.
