Work Description: Field Sales Representative Intern (3 Months)
Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Regional & International presence)
Role Overview
We are seeking freshers with strong human anatomy and psychology awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences. As a Field Sales Representative Intern, you will be responsible for giving product demos, finding and qualifying leads, and driving sales conversions.
This is a 3-month performance-based stipend internship. Compensation will be based on qualified leads and successful closures. The role requires constant field activity - you will be on the ground daily, meeting prospects, generating leads, and building customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct on-field product and service demonstrations to potential customers.
2. Actively find and generate leads through field visits, networking, and local outreach.
3. Engage with qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
4. Build rapport using psychology-driven communication techniques.
5. Represent the brand locally and internationally with professionalism.
6. Provide feedback from field interactions to improve sales strategies.
7. Maintain a strong presence in the field, visiting prospects and clients regularly.
Requirements:
1. Freshers only - no prior experience required.
2. Strong understanding of human anatomy and psychology for persuasive
communication.
3. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
4. Confidence in public speaking and interpersonal interactions.
5. Willingness to be constantly on the field engaging with customers and finding leads.
6. Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn sales processes.
Compensation:
1. Performance-based stipend on qualified leads and successful sales conversions.
2. There is no fixed stipend for this internship.
