We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Field Sales Officer to promote and sell our innovative QR-based digital business cards. This role involves identifying potential clients, presenting product benefits, and closing deals while building long-term customer relationships. As a representative of a tech-forward solution, you’ll help businesses and professionals modernize the way they share contact information.
Identify and approach potential clients (individual professionals, startups, SMEs, corporate firms).
Conduct in-person meetings and product demos to showcase QR digital business card features.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable digital card packages or solutions.
Drive product adoption through education and demonstration of value.
Customize digital cards for clients based on branding or specific business requirements.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Generate leads through field visits, networking events, and referrals.
Provide after-sales support and guide clients on how to update and manage their digital cards.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales using CRM tools.
Collect market feedback and report on competitor activities.
Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in field sales or tech product sales is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of digital tools, smartphones, QR code usage, and online platforms.
Soft Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Self-driven, persuasive, and confident in approaching new clients.
Other Requirements:
Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using sales and demo apps.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for field sales.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
