We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Services Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales of IT solutions such as web development, digital marketing, software solutions, cloud services, and IT support.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Present and sell IT services (Web Design, Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Hosting, Cloud & Security solutions) to prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the technical and marketing team to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position the company effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services / digital solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients in simple terms.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
