Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving business growth and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and field visits.

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Promote and sell products/services to new and existing customers.

• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.

• Maintain customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer service.

• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking events as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (1–3 years preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Fluent in [Languages as needed – e.g., English, Hindi].

Preferred Skills:

• Goal-oriented with a passion for customer success.
