Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying sales leads, pitching services/products, managing client relationships, and executing strategic marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify potential clients, pitch products/services, and build a strong pipeline of business opportunities.

  • Conduct market research to identify target demographics, trends, and competitor activities.

  • Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

  • Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure recurring business and referrals.

• Marketing & Campaign Execution:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.

  • Assist in managing social media channels, email marketing, and promo campaigns.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create promotional materials (brochures, presentations, pitch decks).

  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.

• Reporting & Tracking:

  • Maintain precise records of sales, leads, client interactions, and performance metrics using CRM software.

  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce (B.Com / BBA), or a related field.

• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing roles (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).

• Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with basic CRM platforms.

  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and lead generation channels.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a strong customer-centric focus.

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working towards performance-based targets.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with Freshers.
