Job Purpose

To communicate with customers , assist them with product selection via video calls and WhatsApp, help in product photography, and manage online product uploads and billing.

Languages Required

Candidate must speak or understand at least one or more of these languages:

Tamil

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction

Talk to customers
Understand their product requirements
Suggest suitable handbags / clutches
Handle customer queries on phone and WhatsApp

2. Video Product Demonstration

Show products to customers via WhatsApp video call
Explain product features, colours, sizes and pricing
Help customers finalize orders

3. Product Photography

Take clear photos and short videos of products
Arrange products for display
Maintain photo library

4. Social Media Upload

Upload product photos to:

Instagram
WhatsApp Broadcast
WhatsApp Status
Catalog systems

5. Order Processing & Billing

Prepare bills for customers
Share invoice via WhatsApp
Update order details in computer

6. Digital Work

Upload photos
Maintain product folders
Send product catalogs to customers

Skills Required

Basic computer knowledge
Familiar with WhatsApp Business
Basic mobile photography
Comfortable with video calls
Good communication skills
Basic understanding of sales

Preferred Candidate

Age: 20–35 years
Experience: 1–3 years in retail / sales / social media
Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduate
South Indian language knowledge preferred
