🌟 We’re Hiring: Workshop Marketing, Sales & Operations Coordinator 🌟

We are looking for a responsible, warm, and people-oriented individual to manage and grow our Basic Healing Workshops.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, organizing workshops, promoting programs, and guiding participants with care and integrity.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Promote and market workshops through calls, WhatsApp, and social media

Handle enquiries and convert interested people into confirmed participants

Coordinate workshop logistics including venue booking and food arrangements

Manage registrations, payments, and participant follow-ups

Stay in touch with participants after the workshop

Gently guide participants towards further workshops and learning opportunities

Handle basic social media promotion and coordination

Maintain records and reports using Excel

Prepare basic presentations using PowerPoint when required

Use AI tools to assist with content, follow-ups, and promotions

Ensure smooth on-ground coordination on workshop days

🔹 Who We’re Looking For:

Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi/English)

Comfortable with sales, follow-ups, and targets

Experience in workshops, events, education, or course coordination preferred

Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Comfortable handling social media platforms for promotions

Open and willing to use AI tools for work efficiency

Respectful, loving, kind, and ethical in communication

Sensitive to healing and personal growth environments (belief not required)

🔹 Work Details:

Type: Part-time / Performance-based

Location: Mumbai (field + coordination work)

Compensation: Fixed pay + attractive incentives per participant
