SALES EXECUTIVE – FREIGHT FORWARDING
We are looking for a Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding to join our team at United Safeway India Private Limited. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, expanding our client base, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, shipping lines, and corporate clients.
Generate leads through market research, client visits, networking, and referrals.
Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close business deals.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management.
Job Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Logistics background preferred).
1–5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Customs Brokerage, Shipping, or Logistics Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and international logistics will be an added advantage.
