Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation:

- Research and identify potential B2B clients across targeted sectors.

- Develop and maintain a robust lead database using various channels (social media, referrals, online platforms, etc.).

2. Client Outreach:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce The True Topper’s offerings.

- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings to present the company’s services and solutions.

3. Lead Conversion:

- Follow up with leads to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.

4. Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

- Act as a point of contact for client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Collaboration and Reporting:

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Prepare and present regular progress reports on sales activities and outcomes.
