Trax is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Representative to drive business growth in Mumbai. The role involves building strong relationships with hospitals, clinicians, and healthcare partners, while expanding Trax’s presence in transplant diagnostics and related services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals, labs, and clinics
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including doctors and hospital administrators
Promote Trax’s diagnostic services and solutions effectively
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal clinical and operations teams for seamless service delivery
Conduct field visits, presentations, and follow-ups with clients
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
1–4 years of experience in healthcare/diagnostics sales (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
Willingness to travel within Mumbai and nearby regions
