Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the textile industry and hands-on knowledge of IndiaMART lead management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, handling customer inquiries, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inquiries received through IndiaMART and convert leads into sales.
Generate new business opportunities through online portals, cold calling, and customer referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable textile products.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules.
Conduct market research to identify new customers and industry trends.
Represent the company professionally during customer meetings and exhibitions.

Required Skills

Experience working with IndiaMART lead generation and inquiry management.
Good knowledge of textile products, fabrics, yarn, garments, or related products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or any relevant field.
2–5 years of sales experience in the textile industry.
Proven experience in handling IndiaMART inquiries and B2B sales.
