About the Role
We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Sales Executives to expand our B2B customer network in the mattress industry. The selected candidates will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting our range of mattress components to mattress manufacturers across their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Visit mattress manufacturing companies in the assigned territory.
Generate new business and develop long-term customer relationships.
Promote and sell the company's range of mattress components.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Follow up on payments and maintain excellent customer service.
Track competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
Submit daily Sales reports.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (experience in mattresses, furniture, foam, textiles, or allied industries will be preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Self-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets
Preferred Candidate
Strong relationship-building and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to travel frequently.
Knowledge of the mattress/ Furniture industry will be an added advantage.
