Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Sales Process
Location: Kochi
Department: Sales / Customer Support
Reports To: Sales Manager / Team Lead
Candidates should have experience in Tele sales or Tele calling
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive for our Sales Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communications with potential customers, generating leads, explaining products/services, and converting inquiries into successful sales. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, confident, and committed to providing excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities
•Communicate with prospective customers through calls, emails, or chat to understand their needs and recommend suitable products/services.
•Handle leads and follow up on inquiries to close sales effectively.
•Handle objections and provide accurate information to convert prospects into customers.
•Maintain a deep understanding of product knowledge to assist customers and upsell/cross-sell when appropriate.
•Document customer interactions and sales outcomes in CRM systems.
•Provide demo to potential users.
•Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or a customer service role with sales responsibilities.
Skills:
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Persuasive and goal-oriented approach.
•Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
•Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
•Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
Working Hours : day shifts – 9.45 AM to 6.45 PM
