Tinton Adventure Resort is a leading nature and adventure destination offering unique stay experiences, adventure activities, and group getaway packages. We work closely with corporates, travel agents, schools, and event planners to create memorable outdoor experiences.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Sales & Marketing Intern who is eager to learn, loves interacting with people, and wants real-time exposure to the hospitality and tourism industry.
Assist in promoting resort packages to corporates, travel agents, and groups
Support in generating and following up on sales leads
Handle client communication via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Help in creating and sharing marketing content (posters, offers, social media updates)
Coordinate with the operations team for booking requirements
Maintain and update client databases and inquiry records
Participate in field visits, events, and promotional activities when required
Good communication skills in English + Hindi/Kannada (any two preferred)
Confident speaking over phone and in person
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
Interest in sales, marketing, hospitality, or tourism
Social media knowledge is a plus
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Practical experience in resort sales & tourism marketing
Exposure to B2B and B2C sales
Opportunity to work directly with the Sales & Marketing team
