At TransMon, youll work on real B2B projects, support global clients, and learn directly from founders and senior leaders.

What You'll Work On

• Lead generation & qualification.

• Working on live sales & marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, content).

• Market research, competitor analysis & industry mapping.

• Building sales decks, proposals & pitches used with actual clients.

• Supporting CRM updates, sales funnel tracking & data-driven insights.

What Were Looking For

• Only candidates who have completed MBA in Sales & Marketing

• MBA graduates (Sales & Marketing specialization mandatory).

• Strong interest in SaaS, B2B sales & startup ecosystem.

• Comfortable with LinkedIn, Excel/Sheets & CRM usage.

• Curious, energetic, and eager to learn fast.

• Ability to work independently and contribute to team goals.

The Basics

• Duration: 6 months (with extension into permanent role based on performance)

• Stipend: 15,000/month for first 6 months
