Role & responsibilities
· Conduct outbound cold calls to identify and connect with potential leads.
· Execute structured email campaigns for lead outreach and engagement.
· Research and generate qualified leads via online directories, LinkedIn, and databases.
· Maintain and update lead records and track progress in CRM the tools.
· Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development team.
· Coordinate with the marketing team to align outreach with campaigns.
· Meet and exceed weekly lead generation targets.
Preferred candidate profile
· 1+ year of experience in tele-calling, inside sales, and lead generation.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Confident in cold calling and email-based outreach.
· Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
· Persistent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
· Prior experience in lead generation for HRMS or SaaS products would be an added advantage.
