We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue through effective B2B sales strategies.
Identify and target new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products/services and effectively present them to potential clients.
Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Conduct client meetings, product demos, and negotiate pricing/contracts.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and support.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in [industry type—e.g., IT, FMCG, manufacturing, etc.]
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA (Sales/Marketing) is a plus.
