Urgent Required Marketing Executive – LIC Channel (Tax Filing Services)

Job Location: Delhi

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract (as applicable)

Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Executives to promote our tax filing services by visiting LIC offices and approaching Development Officers and Agents. The role involves fieldwork, relationship building, and generating leads through direct marketing and networking within the LIC ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

              •            Visit LIC branch offices regularly to connect with Development Officers and their teams.

              •            Promote and explain tax filing services tailored for LIC agents.

              •            Build and maintain relationships with LIC agents to generate referrals.

              •            Conduct on-site presentations or briefings about tax filing benefits and offers.

              •            Collect contact details and follow up with interested agents to convert leads into clients.

              •            Report daily activity and progress to the supervisor or team lead.

              •            Distribute flyers, brochures, or digital marketing material where needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

              •            Proven experience or strong interest in sales and marketing.

              •            Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written).

              •            Confidence in face-to-face interactions and persuasive selling.

              •            Good knowledge of tax filing is a plus (basic training will be provided).

              •            Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and professional in approach.

              •            Ability to travel locally and manage time efficiently.

Education:

              •            Minimum: Graduate in any stream/BBA MBA (in Sales)

              •            Preferred: Candidates with a marketing or finance background.
