Position

Marketing Manager – Fire Fighting / Fire Line Products

Region

North Region

Base Location

Delhi / Gurgaon / Noida (candidate must currently reside in Delhi NCR)

Candidate Profile / Requirements

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (technical background is

mandatory)

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in marketing/sales, specifically in Fire Fighting / Fire Line products

(sprinklers, hydrants, fire pumps, valves, hose reels, Grooved Piping solutions, etc.)

Market Exposure:

Strong existing network and relationships with Consultants (MEP/Fire consultants),

Architects, and Builders/Developers across Delhi NCR

Current Location:

Must currently reside in Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida

Age:

30 to 35 years

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English/Hindi; strong client-facing

and negotiation ability

Additional Points to Consider (Suggested)

•

Industry Background: Prior experience with fire fighting equipment companies, MEP contractors, or building

material companies preferred

•

Sales Exposure: Experience handling annual sales/order booking targets

•

Product Knowledge: Familiarity with NBC codes, TAC/NFPA norms, and fire safety compliance standards

•

Travel: Willingness to travel within NCR for site visits/client meetings; own vehicle preferred

•

Team Handling: Specify whether role is individual contributor or requires managing a small sales team

•

Software/CRM: Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and preparation of techno-commercial offers

•

Salary Budget: CTC range to be specified for candidate filtering

•

Notice Period: Preferred notice period (e.g., immediate to 30 days)

License: Two-wheeler/four-wheeler with valid driving license (for field-heavy role)
