We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Flipkart – CABN Sales Process. This is a voice process role that requires strong communication and sales skills. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in BPO/sales, along with all relevant documents.
Handle customer queries and promote relevant products/services.
Work towards achieving daily/weekly sales targets.
Maintain professional communication in both English and Hindi.
Provide high-quality support while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Experience: Minimum 1 year (with mandatory documents)
Education: UG / Graduate / Post Graduate – Any stream
Languages Required: English & Hindi (fluency mandatory)
Sales Skills: Must have sales knowledge and willingness to work in a target-based role
Profile: CSE (Customer Service Executive) candidates are acceptable if experienced in sales
Immediate joiners preferred
Shift: Day Shift (Male & Female)
Working Days: 6 days/week with 1 rotational off
Transport: Self-transportation (No cab provided)
Salary: ₹26,000 CTC | ₹21,800 Take Home + Attractive Incentives
