Job Description

  • Call inbound & outbound leads

  • Understand customer business (Retail / Restaurant / Pharma / Distribution)

  • Fix online demo appointment

  • Conduct Zoom / Google Meet demo

  • Coordinate with you (Narayanan / Syspro Solutions) for pricing & closure

  • Follow-up until conversion

  • Maintain daily CRM / Excel report

  • GOFRUGAL Technologies

  • Zoho Corporation (CRM knowledge)

  • Retail POS / ERP sales

  • Good English + Tamil communication

  • Laptop + Good internet mandatory

  • Screen sharing demo experience

  • 30–40 calls per day

  • 3–5 qualified demo per day

  • Minimum 15 demos per week

  • Conversion target: 3–5 closures per month
