✅ Follow up to ensure excellent pre-sales experience

✅ Coordinate customization requirements with the development team

✅ Discuss pricing, deliverables, and implementation

✅ Handle negotiations and close sales

✅ Maintain CRM, Google Sheets, and daily activity reports
