We’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR), who is ready to own a vertical, build it from the ground up, and grow it. This is a high ownership role for someone who wants growth, responsibility, and real impact, not comfort.
If the Individual working as an EIR, is able to grow the vertical and scale it up. We are open to offering a Founding Team Role, with ESOPs and more in long term.
What You’ll Do (Your Mission)
Take complete ownership of the vertical — from strategy to execution.
Think, act, and decide like a business owner, not an employee.
Build and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities.
Generate leads through calls, meetings, emails, and networking.
Build, lead, and manage teams with strong leadership and people skills.
Work closely with founders and leadership on business planning and scaling.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales performance.
Manage the sales pipeline and consistently achieve targets.
Solve real business problems — fast, practical, and result-oriented.
Create systems, processes, and workflows to make sales operations scalable.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven ability to drive sales and close deals.
Strong entrepreneurial thinking with a focus on revenue, profitability, and long-term value. Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation : ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives (Based on experience and performance)
