Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketplace & Sales Coordinator to manage our online marketplace operations, customer communication, studio coordination, and digital lead generation. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor product listings on Pepperfry and ensure all assigned SKUs are live and updated.

Coordinate with the Pepperfry support team regarding listing issues, pricing, stock updates, and product visibility.

Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp for inquiries, quotations, and order updates.

Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, studios, architects, and business partners.

Manage and respond to inquiries received through IndiaMART.

Handle the company's Instagram account by responding to messages, comments, and customer queries.

Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order processing and customer support.

Maintain daily reports for marketplace activities, customer interactions, and lead status.

Support promotional campaigns and improve online product visibility.
