We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to lead our client acquisition, brand strategy, and revenue growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, digital marketing, and team leadership within the immigration industry only.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive lead generation and conversions
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to meet performance targets
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments
Monitor KPIs, generate performance reports, and adjust strategies accordingly
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven Min 10 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles
Knowledge of immigration services or education consulting is mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
