Job Title: Field Sales and Marketing Head - Facility ManagementJob Summary: We are looking for a proactive Field Sales and Marketing Head to drive business growth for our facility management services. Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories, focusing on facility management services.

- Client Acquisition and Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.

- Field Sales: Conduct site visits, meetings, and presentations to promote services and secure contracts.

- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local marketing initiatives and campaigns.

- Market Intelligence: Gather market insights on competitors, trends, and customer needs in facility management.

- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets for facility management services.

- Proposal and Pitch Preparation: Prepare and deliver proposals and pitches to potential clients.

- Relationship Building: Foster relationships with decision-makers in target organizations.

- Reporting: Provide regular sales activity and pipeline reports to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business related field.

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in field sales and marketing, preferably in facility management, hospitality, or related industry.

- Skills:

- Strong communication skills.

- Proven track record in sales and business development.

- Comfortable with fieldwork and travel as required.

- Analytical skills for market and customer analysis.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
