🔹 Sales Responsibilities

Identify and Develop New Customers

Find potential customers through field visits, calls, and references

Generate leads and convert them into sales

Product Promotion

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers

Conduct product demos or presentations when required

Achieve Sales Targets

Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals

Prepare sales plans to improve performance

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain good relationships with existing customers

Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Order Processing & Follow-up

Collect orders and coordinate with internal teams

Follow up on payments and delivery status

🔹 Marketing Responsibilities

Market Research

Study market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

Provide feedback to management

Marketing Activities

Support promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and events

Distribute marketing materials like brochures, banners, and samples

Brand Promotion

Increase brand awareness through field marketing and digital platforms

Represent the company professionally in the market

Reporting

Prepare daily/weekly sales and marketing reports

Maintain customer and lead databases

🔹 Coordination & Compliance

Internal Coordination

Work closely with production, accounts, and service teams

Ensure smooth order execution

Follow Company Policies

Maintain ethical sales practices

Follow company rules and reporting systems
