Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 0–2 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, closing sales, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through field visits, references, and online sources
Meet potential customers and explain company products/services
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
Maintain strong relationships with clients
Follow up on inquiries and pending payments
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
Coordinate with internal team for smooth order execution
Attend team meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales (Field Sales preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to achieve targets
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & WhatsApp communication
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (if field job)
Self-motivated and energetic personality
