About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy Sales & Marketing Executive to drive student admissions and daycare enrollments for our preschool network.
Your primary mission is to fill our centers by acting as the bridge between our brand and local families. You will be a "Community Hunter"—responsible for generating parent walk-ins, organizing on-ground activities, and converting enquiries into long-term enrollments. This is a 100% field-based role focused on hyper-local marketing and relationship selling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation (The "Hunt")
Territory Mapping: Identify and map high-potential catchment areas (residential gated communities, high-rise apartments, corporate parks, and nearby hospitals) within a 3–5 km radius of your assigned centers.
On-Ground Activations: Plan and execute door-to-door visits, mall kiosks, weekend community events, and parent-toddler playdates to generate a steady pipeline of walk-ins.
Strategic Alliances: Build referral partnerships with local pediatricians, child nutritionists, real estate brokers, and resident welfare associations (RWAs) to receive qualified parent referrals.
Data Sourcing: Collect and verify parent contact details, child age data, and preferred start dates for the admissions database.
2. Sales & School Visit Conversion
Center Tours: Conduct personalized, emotional campus tours for parents, highlighting safety protocols (CCTV, child-proofing), curriculum (e.g., Montessori/Playway), and hygiene standards.
Trial Class Management: Organize and facilitate "Trial Day" experiences for toddlers to help parents make confident decisions.
Objection Handling: Address parental concerns regarding fees, transportation, teacher-student ratios, and safety with empathy and factual data.
Closure: Negotiate fees, process admission forms, collect registration fees, and achieve monthly enrollment targets (count and revenue).
3. Marketing & Brand Visibility
Digital Local Marketing: Manage hyper-local WhatsApp broadcasts and Facebook community groups with engaging content (daily activity photos, parent testimonials).
Collateral Distribution: Oversee the distribution of flyers, banners, and branded merchandise in target neighborhoods.
Event Management: Plan and execute "Open House" days, festive celebrations (e.g., Annual Day, Pajama Parties), and parenting webinars to keep the center top-of-mind for local families.
4. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain a 100% updated lead tracker in the CRM system (recording call logs, visit notes, and follow-up dates).
Provide a daily activity report and a weekly sales forecast to the Center Head.
Track competitor activities (new centers opening, pricing changes, offers) in the locality and report insights.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Must-Have Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (A background in Early Childhood Education or Marketing is a plus).
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in field sales, direct marketing, or admissions counseling, preferably within the Education, Childcare, Retail, or Real Estate sectors.
Communication: Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi is mandatory to connect with parents from diverse backgrounds.
Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license (travel allowance will be provided). This role involves daily local travel.
