Job Responsibilities
- Handle existing customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable Hettich products.
- Refer to Hettich catalogues to identify correct products, article numbers and specifications.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Follow up regularly on quotations until order confirmation.
- Coordinate with the internal team for stock availability, pricing and order processing.
- Maintain customer records, enquiry details and follow-up status.
- Develop existing customer relationships and generate repeat business.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or tele-sales.
- Experience in furniture hardware or interior products preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, email and WhatsApp.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand product catalogues and learn product details.
Key Expectation: Take complete ownership of customer enquiries, quotations and follow-ups, ensuring maximum conversion of enquiries into confirmed orders for Smart Solutions.
