Job Summary:
Toshi Automation Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Backend Sales Executive to support our sales team from the Ghaziabad office. The role involves processing sales orders, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and maintaining sales data and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle backend sales operations including quotation preparation, order processing, and invoice generation
• Coordinate with field sales team to manage customer requirements and ensure timely communication
• Follow up on inquiries and quotations shared with clients
• Maintain and update CRM and sales reports
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations
• Communicate with customers for follow-ups, payment reminders, and documentation
• Work closely with the logistics and operations team for smooth order dispatch and delivery.
