Key Responsibilities:
· Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals
· Meet prospective clients and understand their IT and hardware requirements
· Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and BOQs
· Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients
· Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
· Manage end-to-end sales process from enquiry to order closure
· Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
· Track sales pipeline and update CRM or internal sales records
· Ensure timely follow-ups and order execution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 2 to 4 years of experience in IT products and hardware sales
· Strong knowledge of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, networking products, etc.)
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Experience in vendor management and price negotiation
· Ability to handle multiple deals simultaneously
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
· Self-motivated and target-driven
