Job Title: Sales Executive – Events & Weddings

About the Role:
Classique Events is looking for a driven and persuasive Sales Executive who can turn conversations into conversions. This role involves a mix of cold calling, lead nurturing, and closing high-value clients for weddings, events, planning, management, and décor services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily cold calls to generate new leads and build a strong client pipeline
Handle and convert inbound/organic leads through calls, messages, and meetings
Understand client requirements and pitch tailored event solutions
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain strong relationships
Achieve a minimum target of 10 successful conversions per month
Coordinate with internal teams (planning, décor, operations) to ensure seamless execution
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales progress
Requirements:
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confident on calls with the ability to handle objections effectively
Prior experience in sales, events, weddings, or hospitality (preferred but not mandatory)
Target-driven mindset with a hunger to close deals
Ability to build trust quickly and maintain client relationships
Basic understanding of events/wedding planning industry is a plus
