Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue through innovative advertising and media solutions tailored to clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target new B2B clients across various industries.

• Pitch advertising, digital marketing, and media solutions to prospective clients.

• Understand client needs and present customized media plans and packages.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Collaborate with the creative and production teams to deliver client expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the advertising, media, or digital marketing industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong understanding of branding, advertising formats, and media trends.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic digital platforms.
