Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive sales growth for SIEG Shott. The role involves building a strong network of business partners and converting potential leads into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients, including retailers, wholesalers, distributors, cafés, gyms, sports clubs, event organizers, and corporate buyers.
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other business channels.
- Introduce SIEG Shott products to prospective clients and explain their features and business benefits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential business partners.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and help convert prospects into sales.
- Explore new distribution channels and market expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding pricing, product availability, orders, and deliveries.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-ups.
- Work towards assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Required Skills
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in approaching new clients and building professional relationships.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to follow up consistently and work independently.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
- A sales-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and achieve targets.
Eligibility
- Freshers and candidates with prior sales or business development experience can apply.
- Students interested in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in FMCG, beverages, retail sales, distribution, or event partnerships will have an advantage.
- Local candidates from Pune and nearby areas are preferred.
