Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site surveys and understand customer requirements.
Explain solar systems, benefits, and ROI to customers.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for deal closure.
Achieve sales targets and report progress to the manager.
Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma / BE Electrical / Mechanical (preferred)
MBA (Sales/Marketing) can be an added advantage
Prior experience in solar sales or electrical sales preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
