Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, engineers, procurement officers, and decision-makers.

• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.

• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable product solutions.

• Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure accurate and customized solutions.

• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, product developments, and competitors.

• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events as needed.

• Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent technical background.

• Proven experience in technical or engineering product sales (2–5+ years preferred).

• Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to interpret and explain complex technical information to a non-technical audience.

• Proficient with CRM software and MS Office Suite.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
