Job Description:

Tata AIG General Insurance is seeking enthusiastic and self-driven individuals for the role of Insurance Sales Executive under the KPG-IndusInd Private Banking channel. This is an exciting opportunity for graduates who are either freshers or have some prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Tata AIG’s general insurance products (Motor, Health, Travel, etc.) to customers through the IndusInd Bank channel.

• Establish strong relationships with bank branch staff and customers to drive sales and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Generate leads from walk-in customers at bank branches and follow up on potential prospects.

• Conduct need-based assessments and offer appropriate insurance solutions.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards and guidelines.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and competitors.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate from any stream (mandatory).

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in sales, BFSI, or customer service roles are welcome.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.

• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer engagement.

• Basic knowledge of insurance products and sales cycle preferred (training will be provided).
