Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

• Identify, approach, and convert potential clients and business partners.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Marketing:

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital, offline, B2B, and B2C).

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and brand communication.

• Manage social media presence, online advertising, and lead generation campaigns.

• Coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and product launches.

• Analyze performance metrics to assess campaign ROI and improve strategies.

Strategy & Reporting:

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, and design) for smooth execution of projects.

• Suggest improvements to optimize customer experience and brand reach.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven track record in sales and marketing (minimum 4+ years).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Excellent understanding of digital marketing, CRM tools, and data analysis.

• Ability to work independently and lead a small team if required.

• Result-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.
