Job Summary
Servostar India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with a strong background in Servo Stabilizers and Transformers sales. The ideal candidate should have expertise in B2B industrial sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and business development across India.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate new business opportunities and identify potential customers.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, dealers, and distributors.
· Promote and sell Servo Stabilizers, Isolation Transformers, and related power conditioning products.
· Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
· Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
· Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
· Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and timely delivery.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Candidate Requirements
· 4-7 years of experience in B2B Industrial Sales.
· Mandatory experience in Servo Stabilizers and Transformers sales.
· Strong understanding of electrical and power conditioning products.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Experience in lead generation and business development.
· Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
· Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
