Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team by preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices.

• Maintain and update customer databases, leads, and follow-up schedules using Excel.

• Respond to client queries over phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding product details, pricing, or order status.

• Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and daily/weekly MIS.

• Follow up on pending payments or documentation with clients.

• Ensure all sales-related paperwork is complete and filed properly.
