About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Search My Home Realty. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Actively identify and engage potential buyers and sellers through cold calling, field visits, and online channels.
Client Consultation: Understand customer requirements (budget, location, preferences) and pitch the most suitable residential or commercial property solutions.
Property Showings: Conduct site visits, property walk-throughs, and presentations to highlight property features and benefits effectively.
Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing, facilitate legal documentation guidance, and close sales deals to meet monthly targets.
Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and generating referral business.
Market Tracking: Keep a close eye on real estate trends, competitor pricing, and upcoming property developments.
Job Requirements:
Skills: Strong Convincing Skills, excellent verbal communication, and a high resilience for Cold Calling.
Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in sales (Real Estate, BFSI, or Direct Sales experience is a major plus). Freshers with high energy are welcome to apply!
Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
Traits: Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field travel for property showings.
