Whether it’s rooftop installations for industrial hubs or massive ground-mounted projects, we need a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between engineering excellence and market demand.

The Role

As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be the engine behind our project pipeline. You won't just be "promoting"—you’ll be positioning complex solar solutions for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.

What You’ll Do

Strategize: Develop high-impact marketing plans for Rooftop and Ground-Mounted EPC projects.
Generate Leads: Drive demand through digital campaigns, strategic partnerships, and institutional outreach.
Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with our Sales and Engineering teams to turn technical specs into winning proposals.
Network: Build lasting relationships with developers, consultants, and government bodies.
Analyze: Monitor competitor moves and market trends to keep us ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 2–3 years in Solar EPC, renewable infrastructure, or construction marketing.
Knowledge: A solid grasp of solar project models and the Indian energy landscape.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing, and analytics.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Renewable Energy (MBA is a plus!).
Communication: Ability to simplify technical concepts into compelling stories.
