Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calling and follow-ups with potential clients.
• Generate and manage leads for property sales.
• Promote company projects through various sales and marketing activities.
• Meet clients, understand their requirements, and offer suitable property options.
• Maintain client data and prepare regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, advertisements, and events.
• Achieve monthly sales & marketing targets and support business growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Qualification: Graduation (any stream).
• Experience: Minimum 6 months or more in sales, marketing, or real estate.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM tools preferred).
