Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain product specifications, grades, and applications to industrial clients

• Generate enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders

• Perform regular follow-ups with customers to close sales

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable welding solutions

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English

• Proven experience in sales calling / tele-sales

• Good convincing, and follow-up skills

• Target-oriented and result-driven approach

Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidates only

• Graduate

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales calling is mandatory

• Experience in B2B sales will be preferred

• Freshers are not eligible for this role

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
